NAM – Wholesale & Food Service FMCG – Food Maidenhead Competitive salary depending on experience plus car allowance & bonus The opportunity: A global food company with an amazing culture are now looking for a National Account Manager for their Wholesale & Cash and Carry business. In this key role, you will take full ownership and accountability for the P&LS of their Wholesale and Cash & Carry customers. The role requires a driven individual who has strong commercial acumen, and a collaborative, solution - orientated mindset to develop lasting partnerships that promote sustainable, long-term growth in key target accounts. You will have the confidence to develop and foster successful collaborative relationships and the ability to drive share of space, distribution & stock holdings. What will my key accountabilities be? Responsible for delivering the customer P&L, distribution and Category share targets across our brands across the retail Wholesale and Cash and Carry channel. Weekly & periodic sales reporting, with a strong understanding of drivers behind financial metrics. Identify key risks & opportunities and effectively model opportunities and build selling stories alongside the Category teams to influence customer decision making. Support the SNAM in building and implementing growth, delivering annual plans across their wholesale customer base to deliver category leading activation of their brands and deliver profitable growth for the business. Build brilliant cross functional relationships both internally and externally. Be the voice for the customer internally and the voice for ABWF within the customer. Build and develop local relationships within Wholesale/Cash and Carry depots with key stakeholders to ensure fair share of space, distribution and stock holdings. Be an advocate for the Wholesale/Cash and Carry within the wider business, sharing knowledge with the wider Sales community. Role requires regular national travel and field work. Who will I be working with? External: Customers & their teams Internal: Wide range of stakeholders across marketing, demand planning, category, and supply chain teams A great candidate will have: Experience of managing customer P&Ls in Wholesale & Cash & Carry Channels.
